A founding member of T4G, David coordinates T4G's Data and Analytics offering. T4G's Analytics practice focuses on developing innovative and robust strategies for using data to drive key organizational goals and delivering tools, applications and processes that accelerate and improve analytics, reporting and business planning.
David’s clients include leading consumer facing organizations such as Macy’s, Starbucks and Disney.

Juno-nominated bassist, composer and bandleader, Jodi Proznick has earned a reputation as one of Canada’s finest jazz artists. She has won numerous National Jazz Awards, including Bassist of the Year in ’08 and’09.
As an educator, Jodi is now a professor of jazz studies at Kwantlen University and an educator at the VSO School of Music.

Celeste Snowber, Ph.D. is a dancer, writer and educator, who is an Associate Professor in Arts Education in the Faculty of Education at Simon Fraser University.
Celeste is also an Interplay leader and has led workshops throughout North America helping participants release the wisdom of their bodies as a means to enhance individual performance, release creativity,
enhance well being and to create powerful teams. She has written numerous essays and poetry in various journals and is the author of Embodied Prayer and co-author of Landscapes in Aesthetic Education. Her most recent book of poetry is Wild Tourist.

Jesse has become one of the busiest drummers on the Canadian music scene. He has worked with a variety of jazz legends locally and internationally. As an educator, Jesse has become a fixture at the VSO School of Music where he conducts a variety of workshops and masterclasses. Not only an accomplished musician and educator, Jesse is also renowed for his photographic skills.

Juno nominated guitarist, composer and arranger, Bill Coon, is one of Canada’s most highly respected and sought after musicians. He has been performing professionally for over twenty-five years. Bill’s performing and writing has been documented on over two-dozen CD’s to date, while big bands and orchestras throughout the world have performed his arrangements. Following the jazz tradition, Bill also gives back by devoting time to educating aspiring musicians at Capilano University and the VSO School of Music.

Steve Kaldestad has become one of the most in-demand saxophonists on the scene, performing as a sideman with Jesse Cahill’s Nightcrawlers, Jodi Proznick’s quartet, and many other groups. Steve has released 3 CDs on the Cellar Live label including Straight Up featuring the Mike LeDonne Trio and the brand new release, New York Afternoon with the Renee Rosnes Trio.
After obtaining his Bachelors and Masters degrees from McGill University and studying in New York with Lee Konitz, Steve began an eight year stint in London, England playing regular gigs with some of the city’s great combos, as well as the BBC Big Band. Steve also teaches at Capilano University, and the VSO School of Music. “The philosophy of JazzMind reflects what I experience each time I pick up my horn. You’re only as good as your group. Collaboration and shared leadership makes it magical.”

Senior educator, administrator, curriculum writer, program planner and teacher trainer, Jonathan Baylis (MA, MEd), has been sharing his talents for more than thirty-five years in post-secondary institutions in British Columbia and China. Since 1984, Jonathan has operated his own consulting firm, doing needs assessments, writing curriculum and training educators.
For the past ten years, Jonathan has studied double bass with Jeremy Holmes, Darren Radtke and Jodi Proznick. An active participant in the VSO School of Music, he now plays and performs with several jazz bands and ensembles in Metro Vancouver.
“I’ve found that music, jazz in particular, can be transformative, carrying the God-given joy of life beyond cognitive understanding and into the whole person. I hope to share that same sense of wonder with JazzMind clients.”
